Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Spring, TX is seeking a store leadership professional to support staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a Seasonal Store, ensuring smooth opening and closing and delivering excellent guest experiences.

You will lead a small team, develop staff, manage expenses, prevent shrinkage and maintain product presentation to maximize sales across the store. A flexible schedule and physical duties are required, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store ensuring maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
