Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead in Odessa, TX to partner with the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. You will assist with front end operations, cash handling, merchandising, cleanliness, safety and drive sales while covering manager on duty duties during shifts.

You will train crew, oversee daily activities, manage opening/closing, onboard new associates, and work with the leadership team to optimize merchandising, schedules, and store performance

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with friendly service and fast checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and handle store operations responsibilities.
• Lead opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
