Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring a Store Support Teammate in Pearland, TX. This part-time, on-site role supports guests, handles POS transactions, and assists in merchandising and store operations to deliver an enjoyable shopping experience.

You will greet guests, process transactions, stay informed on sales and policies, and help maintain a welcoming, organized store environment while adhering to Buckle’s ethics and procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed.
• Process Guest transactions using POS software and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and know how to prevent or handle thefts.
• Assist Operations Manager or Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks (displays up to 10 feet high), fixtures, shelving, price markdowns, transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable to support Buckle’s mission.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and all policies and handbooks.
• Contribute to positive guest service and team spirit; perform special projects as needed.
