Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for our Fort Worth, TX store. This part-time, on-site role involves greeting Guests, processing transactions at the POS, and assisting with merchandising tasks to maintain an inviting shopping environment.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. You’ll work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal days to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and assist with questions about store and merchandise.
• Operate POS software to complete Guest transactions and bag purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies on payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Support merchandising tasks: prepare displays, organize fixtures, and assist with price markdowns and transfers.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming to Guests.
• Adhere to Buckle's Code of Ethics and store policies.
