Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Store Support Teammate for a part-time on-site role at our Dallas area store. You will assist guests, complete transactions at the POS, maintain visual displays, and support store operations to deliver a friendly shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about the store and merchandise.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) software and complete guest transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment/exchange policies and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and theft, and respond accordingly.
• Assist in merchandising tasks: displays, fixtures, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable; follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
