Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Mesquite, TX is hiring a Part-time Store Support Teammate to help create a great shopping experience for guests. You will greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and stay informed about current promotions and store policies.

You will also assist with merchandising, keep the sales floor clean and organized, and uphold the company's Code of Ethics while contributing to a positive team environment. Previous retail experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and assist with store questions.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Process Guest transactions using the POS system and bag purchases.
• Share knowledge of sales, promotions, exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor security risks and know how to prevent or handle theft.
• Assist with merchandising tasks, displays, fixtures, and price markdowns.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Follow the Buckle Code of Ethics and store policies.
• Fulfill mission by delivering high Guest service and supporting the team.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
