Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Denton, TX is hiring a Store Support Teammate for an on-site, part-time role. This position focuses on delivering an enjoyable shopping experience by greeting guests, assisting with questions, and processing transactions at the POS.

You will also assist with merchandising tasks, maintain store appearance, and support the store team with special projects. Flexible scheduling includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday peaks.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to greet guests and answer questions.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate POS and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store merchandise.
• Work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.
• Complete Guest transactions by operating the POS system and bagging purchases.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies on payment/exchanges, and security practices.
• Monitor and recognize security risks and thefts, and handle situations accordingly.
• Assist in merchandising tasks like displays, fixture organization, price markdowns, and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, shoppable store.
• Follow Buckle’s Code of Ethics and policies.
• Support store team with special projects and duties as assigned.
