Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of the store (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards.
• Use approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Replenish supplies and rotate chemicals stored properly.
• Complete required training for chemicals, equipment, and maintenance.
• Maintain basic equipment per company guidelines.
• Assist operations team with stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment when needed.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
