Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking team members for a store role in Florissant, MO. You will help customers, manage checkout, and support framing services while promoting rewards programs and private label credit cards.

Responsibilities include assisting with truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and ensuring the store is well-merchandised and in stock. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross-trained in custom framing selling and production.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Familiarity with SOPs and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain well-merchandised, in-stock store and support shrink and safety programs.
