Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lift heavy boxes and access high shelves as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments (Rewards, Private Label Credit Card).
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform store recovery and merchandising.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact positively with the team and model company values.
