Job summary

Limelight Hotels by Aspen One is seeking a Steward/Prep Cook for Limelight Mammoth to maintain clean dishes and assist with food preparation. You will work under the Executive Chef, supporting daily operations during the winter season.

The role requires ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and prior kitchen experience is preferred. This seasonal full-time position offers benefits, including PTO and employee ski passes.

Qualifications

• Prior work in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, stack, and clean all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silverware in designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and maintain a sanitary kitchen.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and prep according to chef specs.
• Follow daily prep list to ensure items are ready for service.
• Report problems with food, equipment, or work area to a Chef/Sous chef.
