Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; plus at least one year of experience in a full production kitchen, or equivalent education/experience.
• Preferred: culinary school degree or certificate; plus at least two years of hands-on experience in high-volume food service; Food Handler's certificate preferred.

• Maintains the cleanliness of workstation at all times.

• Assists in cleaning equipment, tools, or pans.
