Job summary

Hamilton County (BU) seeks a Seasonal Groundskeeping Laborer for Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports daily grounds maintenance, landscaping, mowing, debris removal, and event-ready outdoor spaces throughout the season.

You will work with the maintenance team to operate equipment, perform basic repairs, and ensure safety, with a 40-hour work week and a start date in early April.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with six months landscaping/grounds maintenance experience (from job listing).
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Hazardous/working conditions: possible exposure to chemicals, fumes and unpleasant smells.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of stadium grounds, mowing, edging, watering, planting, mulching, pruning, and weed removal.
• Perform snow and ice removal from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas; apply salt as needed.
• Operate light and heavy equipment such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain saws, edgers, and dump trucks.
• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, planters and other exterior features; ensure safe and attractive outdoor spaces.
