Job summary

Job1USA is seeking applicants for full time seasonal Athletic Maintenance positions in Toledo, OH to manage grounds and facilities for the athletic portion of the Toledo Parks.

Responsibilities include mowing with tractor and grasshopper, assisting on special projects, field setup and maintenance, trash pickup, and light repairs. Pay is $16.50 per hour; hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Some landscaping/grounds maintenance experience.
• Pass all pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Mow fields with a tractor and/or a grasshopper.
• Assist grounds crew on special projects (putting up tennis nets, backboards, painting, fence work, bleacher repair, sod work, court surface repair).
• Line fields, drag and chalk lines, and perform field maintenance tasks.
• Pickup trash and empty trash cans, and assist with other duties as needed.
