Job summary

Beechmont Country Club in Ohio seeks a dependable Seasonal Equipment Operator & Grounds Technician to join the golf course maintenance team for the 2026 season. You will operate equipment and perform light grounds tasks to help deliver pristine playing conditions for our members.

This role is outdoors with early starts, weekend work, and the chance to gain hands-on experience on a premier private course within a professional team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with equipment operation or landscape maintenance preferred.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and in varying weather.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to follow direction.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowers, utility vehicles, and small machinery safely.
• Mow fairways, rough, and other turf areas.
• Perform light-duty tasks such as blowing debris, divot repair, and tee marker placement.
• Support daily course preparation and general grounds maintenance.
• Adhere to safety procedures and equipment care standards.
