Job summary

tdgFacilities is seeking a Commercial Snow Removal / Seasonal Landscape Technician in Cincinnati, OH. The role is full-time and located on site, with duties spanning snow removal operations and seasonal groundskeeping to maintain safe, attractive properties.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with overtime and overnight shifts during heavy snow events. The pay range is $17–$20 per hour, reflecting seasonal demand and regional market Rates.

Qualifications

• Experience operating snowplows, skid steers, or similar equipment.
• Landscape/Lawn Maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work overtime.
• A team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Winter: Operate snowplow trucks, skid steers, and other snow removal equipment to clear parking lots, driveways, and walkways.
• Winter: Apply salt or de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup.
• Winter: Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Winter: Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure readiness.
• Seasonal: Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns and green spaces.
• Seasonal: Plant, mulch, prune, and weed landscaped areas.
• Seasonal: Assist with seasonal cleanups, irrigation maintenance, and other groundskeeping tasks.
• Seasonal: Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
