Job summary

Proof of the Pudding, a premier catering provider serving Auburn University and stadium events, seeks Buffet Attendants/Servers for seasonal/part-time game day operations.

You'll monitor and assist in the suites catering, answer guest questions, restock buffets, assist in room setup, and help the culinary and premium teams. Must live near Auburn, AL and be available for AU event days; physical tasks include lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or stadium settings preferred.
• Must live within or near Auburn, AL.
• Available for the majority of AU event days.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean buffet services per standards.
• Answer guest questions about menu items and beverages.
• Prepare foods and replenish hot/cold buffets.
• Restock inventory and set tables for events.
• Deliver and run food between suites as needed.
• Support culinary, operations and premium teams.
