Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America. We are hiring for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to provide high level customer service in a large home‑city branch or airport location.

Position: Seasonal full‑time, pay $16.50 per hour, 40 hour week.

Season: May 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026, maximum 180 days.

Schedule

• Various schedules available.
• Must be available during hours of operation:
  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 am–6:00 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 am–12:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls – reservations, rate quotes, general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Manage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls.
• Provide high level customer service by assisting customers and assessing rental needs in person and over phone.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance.
• Assess condition of rental upon return.
• Process returns, check‑ins and exit kiosk transactions.
• Effectively market the company while picking up or dropping off customers safely and courteously.
• Understand and communicate rental terms & conditions, vehicle features and other services.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment.
• Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and required maintenance.
• Clean vehicle interior & exterior by hand or washing equipment when needed.
• Perform administrative and basic accounting functions: research and billing support, accounts receivable, key logs, reports, maintenance, billing.
• Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service, retail or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations/at‑fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years.
• Seasonal up to 6 months (180 days).
