Job summary

Alterra is seeking a Spa Receptionist at Solitude Mountain Spa/The Inn. You will greet clients, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and ensure the lobby and treatment rooms are maintained in a professional state.

As a seasonal, hourly position, the role includes coordinating with therapists, handling retail/gift certificates, and processing various payments. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Open the spa each morning
• Prepare treatment rooms for the day’s appointments
• Ensure the lobby is prepared for customers
• Process linens and towels
• Prepare tea and beverages for clients
• Answer incoming calls and emails
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists
• Greet clients and sell retail and gift certificates
• Take payments (cash, credit cards, package vouchers, room charges)
