Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Spa Receptionist at Solitude Mountain Spa/The Inn. The role involves greeting clients, answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a clean, welcoming lobby environment.

Open to build guest relations with strong customer service and basic cash handling. This is a full-time/seasonal hourly position requiring availability on weekends and holidays in a mountain resort setting.

Mansioni

• Open the spa each morning and prepare lobby for guests.
• Ensure treatment rooms are orderly for the day's appointments.
• Prepare the lobby and front desk for clients and visitors.
• Process linens and towels as required.
• Prepare tea and beverages for clients.
• Answer calls and emails promptly.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with therapists.
• Greet clients and sell retail and gift certificates.
