Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels.
• Skier or snowboarder at an intermediate level or higher.
• PSIA or AASI certification is a plus but not required.
• Show growth mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and learning for students in lessons.
• Teach students of all ages across private, group, and multi-week programs.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and guests.
• Engage in ongoing instructor development and teaching tactics.
• Contribute to daily operations of the SnowSports School.
