Job summary

Brighton Resort in Utah is seeking passionate ski instructors for seasonal work, with options for full-time or part-time roles. The position includes private lessons, group programs, and multi-week series for all ages and abilities, with mandatory paid training and flexible weekend obligations.

Instructors will teach outdoors in a winter environment, adhere to uniform policy, and complete daily timesheets and student report cards.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching skiers of varying ages and abilities.
• Willingness to participate in paid training in early November.
• Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Must be able to work 4.5–6 hours per shift and follow schedule.
• Background check completion required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and learning of students in lessons.
• Teach students of all ages in private, group, and multi-week programs.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, resort staff and guests.
• Engage in ongoing teaching development and improve techniques.
• Complete digital report cards for each student.
