Job summary

Brighton Resort in Utah is seeking fun, energetic ski instructors for seasonal, full-time or part-time roles starting mid November. You’ll teach students of all ages in group, private, and multi‑week programs, with training, support, and mentorship provided to help you succeed.

Expect 4.5–6 hours per day, 4–5 days a week with potential weekend shifts. Uniforms, a paid training schedule, and an hourly wage plus a student incentive are offered to motivate and reward great teaching.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrate beginner riding and intermediate skiing/snowboarding skills.
• Willingness to work with students of varying ages, skills and group sizes.
• Growth mindset with openness to learning.
• Resume required during the application.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and learning of students in lessons.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff and guests.
• Teach students of all ages.
• Engage in ongoing education on teaching tactics and skills.
• Perform daily duties related to snowsports school operations.
