Job summary

Burton is seeking a social, energetic Keyholder for our pop-up store in North Conway, NH. You will connect with riders and the local snowboarding community, helping customers find what they seek and sharing Burton stories.

Open to flexible schedules, you will work nights, weekends and holidays, support store sales goals, and open/close in the manager's absence while coaching fellow associates. You value integrity, stay current on products and events, and represent Burton with enthusiasm in the

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience in retail.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Outgoing, social and able to engage others.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
• Physical ability to twist, bend, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive a platinum customer experience for Burton shoppers.

The Breakdown:

Burton is looking for social individuals to spread the stoke as part of our seasonal retail team at our pop-up store in North Conway, NH. Our team is the Jake-blue thread that connects our brand to your community and the snowboarding community at large. Our Keyholders provide invaluable connections to our customers every day.

We’re excited about your qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience or an equivalent role at a retail store is strongly desired
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a specialty or sales driven environment
• You are outgoing, social and enjoy engaging others
• You are of legal working age
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, go up and down stairs, reach, safely lift 50pounds, climb a ladder and stand for extended period of time without assistance
• Prior experience in customer facing roles such as retail, customer/guest service, or food and beverage industry a plus, but not required
