The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, staying current on products, and supporting daily store operations while working nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Formación

• Outgoing, social and enjoy engaging others.
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Prior experience in customer facing roles such as retail is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a platinum experience for each Burton customer.
• Strive to achieve store sales goals.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and stay current on products and events.
• Assist in daily retail operations to support a smooth store function.
• Be an active member of the local community by attending in-store events.
• Model flexibility by working nights, weekends and holidays.
• Perform POS operations, shipping/receiving, stocking, housekeeping and displays.
• Uphold all company policies.
