Job summary

Burton is hiring for a seasonal pop-up in North Conway, NH, to join a vibrant retail team that loves snowboarding and community. As a Keyholder you’ll help customers find what they seek, drive sales, and open/close the store when needed, all while keeping a high-energy experience.

You’ll work with a great team, engage the local snowboarding community, and stay current on product stories and events. The role requires 1–2 years in Keyholder/sales lead or equivalent, plus 2+ years in customer

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Keyholder or sales lead experience or an equivalent role at a retail store is strongly desired.
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a specialty or sales driven environment.
• Outgoing, social, and enjoy engaging others.
• Legal working age.
• Able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, stairs, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive a platinum experience for each Burton customer.
• Strive to achieve store sales goals.
• Open & close the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Coach and develop Store Associates.

Burton is looking for social individuals to spread the stoke as part of our seasonal retail team at our pop-up store in North Conway, NH. Our team is the Jake-blue thread that connects our brand to your community and the snowboarding community at large. Our Keyholders provide invaluable connections to our customers every day.

We’re excited about your qualifications:

• You are of legal working age
• Able to effectively communicate with internal team members and external customers
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, go up and down stairs, reach, safely lift 50pounds, climb a ladder and stand for extended period of time without assistance
• Prior experience in customer facing roles such as retail, customer/guest service, or food and beverage industry a plus, but not required
