Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Snow Removal Operator to join our part-time, seasonal snow operations. You will work on an on-call basis during snow events, supporting operations across commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and corporate sites.

You will report to the Production Manager and operate plow trucks and equipment as needed. The role requires the ability to work in extreme winter conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a license screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal services on paved parking lots, access roads, loading docks, walkways, and other designated areas.
• Operate plow trucks and/or heavy equipment according to qualifications and certifications.
• Spread salt, deicers, and other materials using spreaders and related application equipment.
• Assist the snow removal team with loading and unloading materials, tools, and supplies.
• Fuel equipment and perform routine/basic maintenance on assigned machinery.
