Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Snow Removal Operator for part-time, seasonal on-call work during snow events at various sites. Report to the Production Manager to support snow and ice management across multiple property types.

Responsibilities include operating plow trucks and heavy equipment, spreading salt and deicers, and assisting with loading, unloading, and maintenance. Must have 3+ years of commercial snow removal experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Must pass a driver’s license screening.
• Ability to work safely in winter conditions and around active vehicle traffic.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal on parking lots, access roads, loading docks and walkways.
• Operate plow trucks and other equipment per qualifications.
• Spread salt, deicers, and other materials using spreaders.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials, tools and supplies.
• Provide routine maintenance and protect assets.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and ethics standards.
