Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Snow Removal Operator for part-time, seasonal, on-call work during snow events. The role supports snow and ice management across multiple property types, reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities include removing snow from parking lots and walkways, operating plow trucks or heavy equipment, spreading salt, and maintaining equipment while protecting company assets. Applicants should have a minimum of three years' professional commercial snow removal experience,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Must pass driver’s license screening and meet driving standards.
• Ability to operate equipment safely in traffic and extreme winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal on parking lots, access roads, docks, and walkways.
• Operate plow trucks and/or heavy equipment as qualified.
• Spread salt and deicers using application equipment.
• Assist loading/unloading materials and maintain equipment while protecting assets.
