Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Snow Removal Operator for part-time, seasonal, on-call work during snow events. You will support snow and ice management across commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and corporate sites, reporting to the Production Manager.

Responsibilities include operating plow trucks and equipment, spreading salt, and maintaining safety and confidentiality. Must have at least three years of professional snow removal experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to

Qualifications

Minimum three years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
Must have reliable transportation to job sites or the designated branch location.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs and perform physical movements in cold conditions.

Responsibilities

Perform snow removal services on paved parking lots, access roads, loading docks, walkways, and other designated areas.
Operate plow trucks and/or heavy equipment according to your qualifications and certifications.
Spread salt, deicers, and other materials using spreaders and related application equipment.
Assist the snow removal team with loading and unloading materials, tools, and supplies.
Fuel equipment and perform routine/basic maintenance on assigned machinery.
Protect company assets from loss, damage, theft, or misuse.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and business ethics standards.
