Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Snow Removal Operator for a part-time, seasonal role. You’ll support snow and ice management across multiple site types, reporting to the Production Manager. The job requires operating plow trucks and applying deicers, with emphasis on safety and reliability during winter events.

Work is on an on-call basis with potential overtime. You must have several years of snow removal experience, a valid license screening, and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Ability to work extended shifts during snow events.
• Must pass a driver’s license screening and operate company vehicles if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal services on paved areas and walkways.
• Operate plow trucks and other equipment according to qualifications.
• Spread salt and deicers using spreaders and related equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and basic maintenance of machinery.
• Protect company assets and comply with laws and company policies.
