Job summary

Hireology is seeking Snow Removal Operators and Drivers for part-time, seasonal on-call work during snow events. You will report to the Production Manager and support snow and ice management across commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and corporate sites.

Responsibilities include snow removal on parking lots, operating plow trucks and heavy equipment, applying salt and deicers, maintaining equipment, and complying with safety and policy standards.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional commercial snow removal experience.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Must pass a driver’s license screening and meet driving standards.
• Ability to work safely around active vehicle traffic.
• Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts.
• Ability to work in extreme winter conditions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Vision requirements with or without corrective lenses.
• No smoking inside equipment, on sites and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal on parking lots, access roads, loading docks, walkways.
• Operate plow trucks and heavy equipment as qualified.
• Use equipment safely per company policies and industry standards.
• Spread salt and deicers with application equipment.
• Assist the snow removal team with loading and unloading materials.
• Fuel equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Protect company assets from loss or misuse.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and comply with laws and ethics.
