Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company at Stratton is seeking a skilled ski/snowboard technician to service equipment and assist guests on the sales floor. This seasonal position offers opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules and pays $20.00 per hour.

You will help with boot fitting and product recommendations while delivering outstanding guest service in a fast-paced resort environment. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Outdoor sporting knowledge is a plus.
• Must be a team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Service skis, snowboards, and boots; perform tuning, mounting, and repairs.
• Assist customers in finding the right product on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness of store and workspaces.
• Participate in promotional activities and sales efforts.
• Provide exemplary customer service to guests.
