Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must pass the binding manufacturer exam.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Follow rental procedures; verify waiver, scan equipment, and set DINs for skis.
• Instruct customers in using equipment.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workstation.
• Know Stratton Mountain Resort basics.
• Perform basic repairs and tuning on rental equipment.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
