Job summary

Crystal Mountain is hiring a Ski/Snowboard Instructor (Non-Certified – Level 5) for the 2026-2027 season in Washington. You will teach lessons to guests of all ages and abilities, prioritizing safety and fun, and help grow participation in skiing and snowboarding.

Ideal candidates have a passion for snow sports, strong guest service, and willingness to develop skills through training. This seasonal, full-time, hourly role offers wages from $20.00 to $41.25 per hour DOE, with orientation dates in

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills.
Willingness to work with children and adults.
Intermediate skiing or riding ability with a desire to learn.
Any previous teaching, coaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality instruction in private & group settings to guests of all ages and abilities, with emphasis on safety.
Attend required HR training and orientation, plus on-snow and online training.
Adhere to Crystal Mountain safety policies and be a professional ambassador.
Communicate clearly with guests, coworkers, and management; assist with lesson grouping and records.
Pursue professional development through Crystal Mountain training or PSIA-AASI opportunities.
