Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor
We are looking for passionate blue+ level snowboarders to teach guests of all ages at Stevens Pass Mountain Resort. The position is full‑time or part‑time, seasonal (Winter 2026/2027), and includes a competitive starting wage of $20.00/hr, with potential for additional teaching incentives.

Job Responsibilities
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages, focusing on children
- Deliver world‑class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support snow sports school needs: scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires lifelong snowboarders
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
- Willingness to work with guests of all ages, including children 3 and older
- Fluency in English communication
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements
- Comfortable spending extended periods in snowboarding boots
- Placement contingent on completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards
