Mohawk Mountain Ski Area, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the face of our guest services team. You will greet guests, help them understand available services, and assist with purchases.

The role requires a friendly, energetic personality and the ability to work across shifts during the November–March season. Cashiering experience is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation and ability to engage with guests.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Calm, friendly demeanor and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Cashiering experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide information to help with purchases.
• Perform cashier duties and balance cash drawer.
• Use computerized systems to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Explain Mohawk policies and services to customers.
