Windham Mountain Club is seeking a part-time Ticket Cashier for the winter season in Windham, NY. The role is in-person, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a pay range of $18-$20 per hour based on experience.

You will handle lift ticket sales and voucher redemptions, and interact with guests to determine needs and complete transactions efficiently. The job requires the ability to work in a busy, indoor setting, pass-related support, and accurate daily revenue reporting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably cashier.
• Basic algebra skills required.
• Proficiency with POS systems; RTP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions.
• Work efficiently with the ticketing system to sell products.
• Accurately operate assigned registers.
• Review, explain and redeem vouchers and coupons; explain restrictions to guests when necessary.
• Assist guests experiencing pass issues according to resort policies.
• Complete cashier reports summarizing daily revenues vs. sales.
• Communicate in a cheerful, knowledgeable, professional manner with staff and guests.
• Maintain a clean and neat work area.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
