Powderhorn Mountain Resort is seeking a Winter Ticket Clerk for the Ticket Office. This part-time seasonal role focuses on processing ticket sales and season pass orders with an emphasis on exceptional customer service and safety.

Responsibilities include handling payments, balancing cash drawer, and maintaining accurate transaction records. Must be 18+ for cash handling and capable of working weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Processes customer lift ticket sales.
• Takes season pass orders and customer profile pictures.
• Receives payment, issues change, and receipts for lift ticket, season pass, and retail orders by cash, check, or credit/debit card.
• Balances and reconciling daily deposit sheets with supervisor.
• Record and reconcile ticket, season pass, and retail transactions.
