Job summary

The Hermitage Club is seeking a Lift Operator for a seasonal role in Wilmington, VT. You will ensure safe and efficient operation of ski lifts, assist guests with loading and unloading, and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic ski resort setting.

Candidates should be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the US, and have a willingness to contribute to daily snow removal and lift maintenance tasks while maintaining a friendly, proactive attitude on the mountain.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Prior experience in lift operations or ski resorts is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Guest Interaction: Greet members and guests warmly, offer assistance, provide recommendations about trails and conditions.
• Safety Oversight: Ensure safe loading/unloading of guests and maintain safety awareness.
• Lift Operations: Oversee lift functions, perform pre-operational checks, and follow safety policies.
