Position Type: Seasonal

Waterville Valley Resort is seeking full-time and part-time, seasonal lift operators for the winter season.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• monitoring chair lifts for safety
• helping anyone needing assistance getting on/off lift
• participating in opening and closing of lift operations
• checking for valid tickets
• conducting inspections and test procedures
• and preparing daily reports

Qualifications

• high school diploma
• ability to stay alert
• ability to respond quickly to safety concerns and excellent communication skills
• must have ability to shovel snow and ice, and to endure standing for long periods of time on snow surfaces in variable weather conditions
• must be a team player
