The ideal candidate has strong leadership, organization, and guest-satisfaction focus, with experience in food and beverage management and money handling. This position reports to the Food and Beverage Manager and may involve flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management, including hiring, training and budgeting.
• Strong money handling and POS skills.
• Customer-focused guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen, floor and barbecue operations to ensure quality and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and supervise Midway Café staff (full-time and part-time).
• Manage food orders, inventory, invoices and budget for the department.
