Position: Shuttle Driver (Seasonal)

We are hiring a Shuttle Driver responsible for daily shuttle transportation for the community. The Shuttle Driver will maintain the shuttle schedule and perform various support tasks under the supervision of the Community Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Regular onsite attendance required.
• Responsible for shuttle routes from community to required locations daily.
• Responsible for creating and upkeep of daily shuttle schedule.
• Communicate general maintenance, cleaning, etc. items to the Community Manager.
• Maintain daily logs as required by Community Manager.
• Report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager.
• Utilize property resources, equipment and supplies economically.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by Community Manager.
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness.
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters.
• Enforce policies of the community as delegated by the immediate supervisor.

Education / Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Frequent movement to accomplish tasks or move from one worksite to another.
• Occasional requirement to ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, etc., operate machinery or power tools, operate motor vehicles and/or golf carts, lift objects up to 25 lbs, work in small and/or enclosed spaces, traverse flat and non‑flat terrain, work in outdoor environments with precipitation and wind, be exposed to hazardous chemicals.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, night hours (emergencies).

Compensation

Salary Range: $12 per hour to $15 per hour.

Additional compensation includes a comprehensive total rewards package with medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses (when applicable). Full‑time employees also receive paid sick days and company holidays.
