Job summary

Bayaud Works is seeking a Seasonal Shelter Attendant PRN to support 24/7 shelter operations across multiple functional areas at shelters in the Denver metro area. The role covers guest support, safety monitoring, fire watch, janitorial and facility support, documentation, and basic case management as needed.

PRN staff may be assigned to one or more areas based on site needs, training, and coverage requirements while upholding trauma-informed care, confidentiality, and dignified service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass applicable background checks for work with vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible operational coverage across shelter programs including attendant duties, janitorial support, safety and security functions, fire watch, documentation, and basic case management support.
• Complete shift documentation, logs, and required compliance records accurately and on time.
• Follow site-specific procedures and safety rules.
• Complete onboarding and required certifications within 90 days as required by site/contract.
• Perform duties to support safe, effective, and compliant shelter operations.
