Job summary

Bayaud Works is seeking an Operations Floater PRN to support 24/7 shelter operations across multiple areas, including guest support, safety monitoring, fire watch, janitorial tasks, documentation, and basic case management.

This PRN role offers variable shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on trauma-informed, dignified service delivery and adherence to all safety and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Commitment to trauma-informed care and confidentiality.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols.
• Comfort working with vulnerable populations in a shelter environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible operational coverage across shelter programs including attendant duties, janitorial support, safety and security functions, fire watch, documentation, and basic case management.
• Complete shift documentation, logs, reports, and compliance records accurately and on time.
• Follow site, contract, and safety procedures and complete required onboarding and certifications within required timeframes.
• Perform other duties to support safe, effective, and compliant shelter operations.
