The Jefferson Hotel is seeking a seasonal Server to join TJ’s Restaurant in Richmond, VA. The role emphasizes attentive, personalized service in a fast-paced luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of serving experience, strong guest relations skills, and solid knowledge of food and beverage service. Shifts include AM and PM blocks; must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Greet guests promptly and present menus; provide attentive service throughout visit.
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages with proper presentation and timing.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond with urgency and professionalism.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas during the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and other service duties.
