Responsibilities

• Dining Room Maintenance: Clear, reset, and sanitize tables efficiently between guests.
• Guest Assistance: Refill water glasses and assist with delivering food, beverages, and other service items.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the dining room, side stations, and service areas clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Team Communication: Coordinate with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Food Safety: Follow all health, safety, and food-handling procedures.
• Side Work & Closing Duties: Complete assigned side work and closing responsibilities to support restaurant operations.
• Guest Service: Respond to guest requests courteously and help create a warm, welcoming dining experience.
