The Sheraton San Diego Resort in downtown San Diego invites applications for a Rumorosa Server. You will greet guests, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure accuracy while representing a Baja-inspired restaurant with waterfront views.

• Must have excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tables in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take all food and beverage orders.
• Ensure orders are accurate with requests and substitutions.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items and dietary considerations.
• Pre- and post-bus tables in assigned stations.
• Maintain a clean dining area at all times.
• Receive payments accurately and timely.
• Perform opening/closing and side work duties.
• Prepare food items for guests and desserts as needed.
• Assist other servers with tables when required.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Follow standard service procedures and safety standards.
