Cutwater Spirits in San Diego is seeking a Seasonal Server Assistant for a part-time role in the Tasting Room & Kitchen. You will greet guests, serve food and beverages, and keep service areas clean and stocked while supporting servers and staff during peak periods.

The position requires an outgoing, guest-focused individual with at least 1 year in food service and the ability to obtain a food handler's license within 30 days. Expect nights, weekends, and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years’ experience in the food service industry.
• A food handler's license, or ability to secure one within 30 days of employment.
• Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, and assist with general questions.
• Guide guests through the Tasting Room and retail areas.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and stations.
• Support servers and floor staff as needed.
• Ensure readiness of utensils, glassware, and drink stations.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
• Stand and perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
