Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a Groomer III for Snowshoe Mountain Resort. This seasonal role involves operating grooming machines, maintaining trails, and supporting both winter and summer maintenance tasks.

The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, terrain park experience, and reliable safety practices. You will work early mornings and weekends, with on-site housing options and access to employee perks.

Formación

• Must meet 14 of the listed criteria for Groomer III.
• Experience operating grooming equipment.
• Knowledge of terrain park design and maintenance.
• Basic mechanical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Operate grooming machines and attachments to provide a quality snow surface.
• Maintain accurate log sheets and records.
• Support summer trail maintenance and snowmaking tasks.
• Provide labor for events, capital projects, and hill operations.
• Keep work area clean and organized and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Communicate changes on the hill to hill operators and supervisors.
• Assist with project work and equipment repairs as needed.
